3rd Floor Live Room

Engineer Obie O’Brien wasn’t done when he designed our 2nd floor. It was only a matter of time before we expanded up. The 3rd floor is one large open space (approx 1,000 square feet) that may be used for tracking, live events and also gets used as a relaxing spot for artists while they are working at Sine.

Tech extraordinaire Mike Ennis wired the 3rd floor with audio and video to the 2nd floor control room for full tracking and monitoring capabilities. We also put in a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a shower (yes, and a toilet).
